Our support service for all our products includes both application and database issues as well as reports and query production advice.

We are also available to advise our clients on how best to use our products for a specific situation as we want the best possible use of them within your organisation. With this approach we hope to contribute towards the business growth of our clients and in turn our own growth, as the more successful you are the more successful we are!

To enable us to offer you the support service you deserve we have created an online ticket system for you to log your issues and monitor the responses to those issues.

Using the power of the Internet we can remotely access your server and your client PC's to better understand the issues you are having.

This allows us to perform fixes and even do upgrades remotely which means a faster and cheaper service to our clients, as we can be working behind the scenes, causing little visable disruption and minimum system downtime.

As a client of NuWood Technologies Ltd you will receive a login account which will enable you to view and create your own support tickets. You will also have access to our online knowledge base.

Although we encourage the use of this online service and would prefer this to be the first contact point - we also know that sometimes there is no substitute for a conversation...so of course if needs be you can call or email us regarding the issue as well.
