Minerva was conceived based on a need to automate the storage and manipulation of all the data associated with the recruitment process.

The recruitment industry is all about communication between people and insuring accurate information is available to all parties.

Communication

As an example - when Candidates are assigned to jobs having suitable skills and availability, each Candidate is then moved through a process of:-

  • Client Submission
  • Interview

and if successful

  • Client Confirmation
  • Candidate Confirmation

At each stage it is possible to assemble a mail merge of all relevent information as well as any documents pertaining to a particular step.

Minerva takes you through each stage using wizards and guides you to insure that only one Candidate gets the job. Saying that, it also acknowledges that sometimes this process must be circumvented and allows a 'Fast Track' through these steps.

Just to make sure all is well Minerva will place a To-Do entry reminding the consultant that a job is about to start, promting them to check that all parties are still OK with the arrangements.
