MINERVA brings together the three key components of recruitment namely
Clients, Candidates and Jobs. It then surrounds them with the functionality
needed by todays recruitment organization.
At the centre of MINERVA is ORACLE
the industry-leading database offering a robust, scalable platform with the
performance necessary to retrieve large quantities of information rapidly.
Key Features
- Locator - Locate Jobs, Clients, Candidates or Suppliers using the interactive Locator. Filter on
name or by skill to find the desired target. Enter the ID of the target to open the details.
- Internet - Send jobs to your website and receive candidate registrations from your website.
- Reports - MINERVA comes complete with an intuitive Data Query and Report Designer.
Query the MINERVA database and use the results to create mail merge documents.
- Document library - Store electronic documents within the MINERVA
database and file under the relevant Candidate or Client. Candidates have a definable document list
that creates pigeonholes for CV, Photographs, driving licence etc. Store none specific documents such
as templates etc. in the Public document library. Use powerful word search to find documents within the library.
- Communicate - Use EMail, Fax or SMS to send information. The FAX software comes complete
with a Microsoft OUTLOOK style organiser to store your incoming or outgoing faxes.
- Diary and ToDo - Create entries and relate them to a Job, Client or Candidate. Automate
creation of ToDo entries depending on system activity.
- Activity Logs - Activity Logs can be created for any function within
MINERVA. Records cannot be modified forming a permanent
record of activity within the system. System generated activity and user generated
activities (Call Made, Letter received etc.) can both be stored in the Activity Log.
- Interactive Job Search - Locate suitable Candidates for a Job or Jobs for a Candidate
at the press of a button. Interact with the results to refine the selection (e.g. apply a
Location Preference filter). Open any resultant record to examine the details associated with it.
- User Messages - Send short messages to other users of MINERVA. Attach a subject
such as a Job or Candidate to the message.
- Candidate Availability - Record information regarding the availability or
unavailability of candidates using a graphical year planner.
- Security - Define access to MINERVA Functions by
user group. Create users from administrators to read only and points in between.
- SMS - Send SMS messages straight from the MINERVA
desktop either individually or in bulk.
- Timesheets - Use MINERVA to record your timesheets
and project revenue streams.

- Client Specification - 166Mhz Pentium class machine. 10GB hard disc. 64Mb memory
(128Mb preferred). 800x600 at 256 Colours (minimum). Network Connectivity. OS as above
Administrator Function
Configure the complete MINERVA enviroment using the Admin module.
All Administration tasks are carried out using the Windows Based ADMIN program, which follows
the same graphical standards of MINERVA - thereby enabling a
familiar secure environment.

Sentinel
MINERVA includes the ability to run regular queries against the database
and transmit the results to web sites.
This data can then be used for keeping clients informed of job progress or for job search on the web.
Multiple FTP destinations can be created allowing the query results to be transmitted to more than one
