Our support service for MINERVA includes both application and database issues as well as reports and query production advice.

Using the power of the Internet we can remotely access your server and your client PC's to better understand the issues you are having. This allows us to perform fixes and even do upgrades remotely which means a faster and cheaper service to our clients.

We are also available to advise our clients on how best to use MINERVA for a specific situation as we want the best possible use of MINERVA within your organisation. To enable us to offer you the support service you deserve we have created an online ticket system for you to log your issues and monitor the response to those issues.

     

As a client of NuWood Technologies you would receive a login account which will enable you to view and create your own support tickets.
